Tennis Academy Payment Policy

At the Tennis Academy, we are committed to providing quality tennis instruction to all our students. To ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently, we have established a payment policy that outlines our expectations for timely payments and refunds.

Full Payments:

  • All students must make full payments via Zelle, Apple Pay, check or cash for each session they are enrolled in either on the day of the new session or before the upcoming session.
  • Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Refunds:

  • If a student is unable to participate in the remainder of the session, no refund will be provided as the courts are booked for the entire session.
  • Personal missed classes will not be made up, and no refund will be provided for these classes.
  • In the event of an emergency, students should contact the academy to discuss possible options.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, but we believe that our payment policy is fair and consistent for all our students. If you have any questions about the payment policy, please contact the Tennis Academy.

Tennis Academy Make-Up Class and Cancellation Policy

At the Tennis Academy, we strive to provide quality tennis instruction to all our students. However, sometimes classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we have developed a make-up class policy to ensure that all students receive the same level of instruction.

Weather Cancellations:

  • If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be scheduled at a later date within the session.
  • The make-up class will be held at a time and date as noted by the instructor.
  • Students who attend the make-up class will receive the same level of instruction as they would have in the original class.

Student Absences:

  • It is the responsibility of the student to attend the make-up class.
  • If a student misses a make-up class, they will not be offered another make-up class.

50% Class Completion:

  • If a class has completed 50% or more of the scheduled time and it begins to rain, there will not be a make-up class.
  • Students who have attended at least 50% of the class will receive credit for that class.

Accident and Injury Disclaimer Policy

Easy Tiger Tennis and Lone Star College – Tomball do not assume any responsibility for accidents and injuries incurred on their premises or during their activities. Participants and visitors are advised to take necessary precautions and exercise personal responsibility for their safety. By engaging in our programs or being on our premises, individuals acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for accidents and injuries.
